Hey, I’m Dickie
Welcome to my corner of the internet. This website is a place to share ideas, books, podcasts, essays, and everything in between. If you enjoy anything in particular, be sure to get in touch.
Me in 10 Seconds
I live in New York City and work full-time as a Portfolio Manager.
I played football and received a degree in Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
I am fascinated with the concept of growth - how systems improve and flourish. I write a weekly newsletter with thoughts and links on growth of all kinds: personal growth, intellectual growth, physical growth, productivity growth, network growth, economic growth, etc. You can subscribe to Dickie’s Digest here.
Things that fire me up — financial markets, macroeconomics, volatility, sports and sports gambling, writing, technology and media strategy, health/diet/longevity, meditation, philosophy, productivity, and awareness.
What’s on this website
I believe writing is the best way to learn something. I also believe that sharing the work we do everyday can provide tremendous value to others. So I seek to share my experiences by learning in public as often as I can.
I share notes and thoughts on the books I’m reading in my book notes section. Some of my favorite things from across the internet are in my links section. And my essays span a plethora of things that fire me up that I wanted to share with others.
